Description:

This pneumatic pump is made of PP/Santoprene and can handle only alkaline liquids.
It is installed in a s.s. box also containing the air pressure regulator and the solenoid valve to operate the pump.
AirPump P1000 can deliver about 1000 lts per hour (water) and can be installed together with conductivity controllers as MP100, Matrix 5 etc, for CIP automation, bottle washers, crate washers etc.; also it can be used as a detergent transfer/dosing pump by a 24V triggering signal.
Where time based dosage is required, the pump can be connected to the electronic programmer code 3843. To operate the pump dry and not lubricated air is necessary.

This pump must not be used with acid products.
