Description:
This unit is a diluiting and dosing system for concentrate additives to be used in CIP, milk road-tank etc.
The system is operated by tap water and 24Vac supply.
The minimum required water pressure is 2,5 bar (36 psi); to guarantee the dosage accuracy, a pressure regulator has been introduced in order to reduce a too high water pressure.
A Siemens PLC controls all functions; external input signals from push buttons, existing electric board etc., can be connected and menaged.
A low level switch and a 24V alarm can be connected and separately supplied.
