This unit has been specialy designed for installation on silage cutters in order to deliver proper additives on forages, hay bales, etc..
It is made of a stainless steel box containing a 12V self priming pump, adjusting valves etc., and can be fixed at a side of the cutting machine or near the bottom of the product tank .
The pump can be connected to the socket in the driver's cab or directly to the battery by the supplied cable (without plug).
The suction hose with stainless steel strainer must be placed in the tank solution and when the pump is started up the special wide angle nozzle (110°) supplies the solution at a constant pressure and flow through the adjusting valves available in the doser. Thanks to these valves, the Doser Agri is extremely flexible since it can supply the solution by one up to 50 nozzles at the same time.
The standard equipment comes with one nozzle and stainless steel fastener; a stainless steel bar with 4 nozzles or a cheaper brass version
are also available on request.
