Description:

This pneumatic pump can be used to dose dangerous product i.e. strong acids or alkaline products.
Inside the s.s. box, the pump, the pressure regulator, the solenoid valve and a ball valve are installed; the max. delivery is about 1000 lts per hour (water). The pump must be connected to the air distribution line and is operated by the solenoid valve 24V.
It can be used in conjunction with electronic unit (MP100, MATRIX ecc.) to automate the product control in CIP, bottle washers, crate washers etc.; it can also be installed to transfer dangerous products from big containers to canisters, buckets etc.
The PP1000 pump can also be connected to the programmable controller (code 3843) for installations where the time based dosage is required.
